Mark Sheridan Math & Science Academy Afterschool STEM Club Volunteering
While still attending college I spent a couple months volunteering at an after school STEM Club located at the Mark Sheridan Math & Science Academy in Chicago, IL. This STEM Club served the school’s students primarily from 5th to 7th grade where they would engage with a variety of hands-on activities related to science and engineering. Together we explored squishy circuits, the aerodynamics of paper airplanes, creating musical instruments and game controllers with MakeyMakey boards, and more!
